We work with Property Developers from handover, with Strata Managers and Owners Corporations through the life of the building, and with Building Committees, Contractors, and Residents day-to-day. From day-one handover to long-term asset planning, TBPM is your single point of accountability.
Our Services
Full-Time On-Site Building Management
A dedicated Building Manager based at your property five days a week, backed by our after-hours team for 24/7 emergency response. Daily oversight of all common property, plant rooms, lifts, gardens, fire stairs, and parking. Hands-on coordination of every contractor on site. The right model for large or complex schemes where daily resident contact and immediate response materially reduce operating risk and protect asset value.
Typical fit: 100+ lot residential, mixed-use, or premium amenity buildings.
Part-Time / Hybrid Building Management
A dedicated Building Manager on your property on a structured weekly roster — typically 8 to 20 hours per week — backed by our remote support team for everything in between. You get a real face and a real phone number for your residents, hands-on contractor supervision on rostered days, and full compliance, reporting, and 24/7 emergency phone support around the clock. Fully remote-only engagements are available for smaller schemes that don't require any on-site presence.
Typical fit: 30–100 lot residential or mixed-use buildings, moderate amenity, active strata committees.
Concierge Services
Professional front-of-house presence for residential and mixed-use buildings. Parcel management, visitor assistance, booking coordination, and a welcoming face in your lobby. Available as a standalone service or integrated with Full-Time On-Site Building
Cleaning Services
7-day-a-week strata cleaning programs tailored to your building's size, traffic, and amenity. Delivered by trained, consistent site staff using environmentally responsible products. Common areas, waste rooms, external footpaths, fire stairs, and car parks — covered.
Gardening Services
Expert garden and landscape maintenance for residential and mixed-use strata. Lawns, hedges, garden beds, irrigation systems, pest and weed control, and horticultural advisory for long-term capital works planning.
Project Management
End-to-end coordination of building improvement projects, defect rectifications, and capital works — from scoping and procurement through to contractor supervision and completion reporting. Led by founders with specialist construction and remedial works experience, so the people managing your project actually understand the trades doing the work.
